Science, Self-Esteem and Service

Project Purpose:

• Creative an innovative afterschool and summer camp enrichment program for low-income girls in grades 5-8.
• Provide academic support to students (tutoring and homework assistance).
• Provide life-skills development and support
• Introduce girls to Science, Technology, Engineering and Math careers
• Provide physical exercise and enrichment activities (dance, yoga, etc.)
• Introduce youth to community service and how they can make a difference in the community.
