Theresa Ann Williams is the President/Founder of Young Women of Promise, Inc. (www.youngwomenofpromise.org).  She has designed award-winning youth program components including Take 5 and Read youth literacy program; the Piedmont Voices of Youth; Camp Promise summer enrichment programs for adolescent females; Kindness from Kids service learning program; Youth Voices and Vision youth leadership development program and more.

Theresa is a Kinston, NC native. She will serve as the part-time Program Director for the Kinston Youth Enrichment Project.
